It's a Guy Thing

Good Morning!

Today I introduce to you the latest Mega Collab at STS - It's a Guy Thing. The designers really outdid themselves in designing a very manly kit.



I love how the colours and especially the patterned papers remind me of men's ties.



The elements cover a wide variety of sports and hobbies and would be useful for all sorts of layouts with the men in our lives.



Usually the designers do a quickpage set to go with the kit but this time they did a luggage tag set which I thought was very unique.



Also... It's Speed Scrap time again... Thursday at 7pm MST.





Participation Prize is this lovely mini kit which I think would be good fo Thanksgiving photos.



And if you didn't know it... National Scrapbooking Day is on Saturday Nov 7th and STS is celebrating EVERY DAY this month, so you should check it out (link in the sidebar).

October 29 Speed Scrap

Good Afternoon!

Join us tomorrow over at Stuff to Scrap tomorrow morning for another speed scrap. I love all speed scraps but especially the ones at STS because of the chat. Everyone there is so fabulous and getting to know them between instructions is my favourite part.



This speed scrap is being hosted by my most recent Designer addition SAHM Scrapper and she has created a beautiful participation prize. Isn't this alpha just gorgeous?

October 21 Speed Scrap

Hey Everyone!


It's Speed Scrap time again at Stuff to Scrap! This one is on October 21st at 7pm MST.




I will be there for sure, I try to never miss a speed scrap. They are great opportunities to play outside your box. Plus you meet a lot of great people chatting in between instructions. If you are new to Stuff to Scrap you should set up your account and your gallery earlier in the day as both need to be approved before you can use them. You don't get points for speed scrapping but you do get Participation Prizes from the hosting Designer and it's a great way to build up your stash. The participation prize for this speed scrap is this Quick Page pack by Growing Pains Scrapped!

October 13 Speed Scrap

Hey Everyone!

It's a holiday here in Canada and I've been spending the day lazing around with my hubby and our sick little girl. She had us up all night with a fever and I'm hoping we don't have a repeat performance tonight.

I should have a bunch of layouts later this week I've been working with 4 kits from 2 designers (1 is a collab that I made half of and I will be posting that next weekend).

In the meantime you should check out this speed scrap going on tomorrow at stuff to scrap.
